ASI has been making mineral filled, asphalt based sealcoat materials for over 25 years. GSB-Sealcoat is a superior performing, mineral filled asphalt based sealcoat material, and there is good reason for this. GSB-Sealcoat employs the superior qualities and characteristics of gilsonite to greatly enhance its resistance to the elements, as well as making it very tough and durable - even in hot weather applications. GSB-Sealcoat can be applied by spray or squeegee, and may be viscosity modified to carry heavy sand loadings if the applicator or owner desires.
